Looking for a PAWsome way to spend some time in March? Join us for an hour of relaxation, gentle movement and puppy cuddles at Paw Yoga in Manchester City Centre. Throughout the month, we’ll be welcoming a range of adorable pups, including dachshunds and cockapoos, giving you the chance to enjoy different breeds across our classes.

Each session is designed to balance mindful exercise with playful interaction. We begin with 15 minutes to meet the puppies and settle in, giving everyone time to enjoy those first tail wags. This is followed by 30 minutes of gentle yoga, led by our fully qualified instructors, focusing on relaxation and mindful stretches rather than intensity. The class concludes with 15 minutes of puppy cuddles and playtime, so you can fully unwind and capture some adorable moments. Spending time with the pups is known to boost serotonin, reduce stress and leave you feeling energised and happy — a treat for both mind and body.

March features special Mother’s Day classes on 14th and 15th March, complete with themed decorations, dog toys and a Mother’s Day-inspired playlist. Whether you’re treating yourself, celebrating your mum, or sharing the experience with someone you love, these sessions are a memorable way to mark the occasion.

All attending pups are vaccinated, over eight weeks old and come from the same household. They are well looked after throughout the sessions, with access to water, food and a cosy bed if they need to rest. Tickets are sold on a two-to-one human-to-puppy basis, ensuring everyone gets plenty of time with the pups while keeping them comfortable. Paw Yoga only ever runs two hours a day, so the puppies are never at the studio for too long.
