Puppy Pilates 29th March Cockapoos

Join us on Sunday 29th March for a special Puppy Pilates experience featuring a gorgeous litter of cockapoos. This session offers a fun and unique alternative to our gentle puppy yoga classes, focusing on mat-based Pilates designed to strengthen, tone and lengthen the body. Expect controlled, repetitive movements that work the core, arms and legs, supported by steady breathing throughout. Each session is carefully structured to balance exercise and relaxation, with plenty of time to enjoy the company of the puppies.

Classes begin with 15 minutes of meeting and settling in with the cockapoos, giving everyone a chance to get to know the pups and prepare for the session. This is followed by 30 minutes of guided Pilates led by a fully qualified instructor, designed to be accessible for all levels while providing a gentle, full-body workout. The session concludes with 15 minutes of cuddles and gentle play with the cockapoos, allowing you to relax, unwind and capture some adorable photo opportunities. Being around the puppies helps lift your mood, reduce stress, and makes the Pilates experience even more restorative.

All cockapoo puppies taking part are vaccinated, over eight weeks old and come from the same loving home. They are carefully looked after during the class, with fresh water, food and a cosy dog bed if they need a rest. To make sure everyone enjoys plenty of puppy time while keeping the pups happy and relaxed, tickets are sold on a two-to-one human-to-puppy basis. Paw Yoga only runs two hours a day, so the puppies are never at the venue for longer than necessary.
