Each session begins with 15 minutes to meet and greet a litter of playful puppies, giving participants time to settle in and enjoy their first tail wags. This is followed by 30 minutes of gentle exercise, led by our fully qualified instructors, focusing on relaxing stretches and mindful movement suitable for all abilities. The class finishes with 15 minutes of heartwarming puppy cuddles, leaving everyone feeling calm, happy, and energised.
