Puppy Yoga 7th March Dachshunds

Join us on Saturday 7th March for Dachshund Puppy Yoga — a calming and playful yoga experience paired with the irresistible company of dachshund puppies. This class is designed to help you unwind, gently move your body and enjoy meaningful time with the pups in a relaxed and welcoming setting.

Each session is divided into three parts. We begin with 15 minutes of puppy meet-and-greets, giving you time to get to know the pups and settle into the space. This is followed by 30 minutes of slow, accessible yoga led by our fully qualified instructor. The yoga focuses on mindful movement, gentle stretching, and relaxation rather than intensity, making it perfect for all levels and abilities — no previous experience is needed. The session concludes with 15 minutes dedicated entirely to puppy cuddles and photo opportunities, so you can capture every adorable moment. Spending time with puppies is known to boost serotonin, improve mood and create a sense of calm, making this class as beneficial for your mind as it is for your body.

All dachshund puppies are over eight weeks old, vaccinated and from the same household, ensuring a safe and happy environment. Tickets are sold at a two-to-one human-to-puppy ratio, giving everyone plenty of time with the pups while keeping them comfortable. Paw Yoga only runs two hours a day, with two classes back-to-back, to minimise the amount of time the puppies spend at the venue. Puppies are provided with water, food and a cosy resting area should they need to nap during the session.
