Puppy Yoga 8th March Dachshunds

Get ready for a paws-itively relaxing Dachshund Puppy Yoga session on Sunday 8th March. Start your day surrounded by happy, wagging tails in a peaceful space designed to help you unwind and reconnect with your body.

The session begins with 15 minutes of puppy introductions, giving you time to meet each little dachshund and settle in for the class ahead. Once everyone is comfortable, you’ll enjoy 30 minutes of slow, gentle yoga led by a fully qualified instructor. The focus is on mindful movement and stretching rather than intensity, making the session accessible to everyone — whether you’re new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner. The class ends with 15 minutes devoted entirely to puppy cuddles, allowing you to relax, take photos and soak up the joyful energy of the pups. Spending time with puppies is known to lift your mood, reduce stress and increase feelings of happiness, making this a session that’s good for both body and mind.

All dachshund puppies are over eight weeks old, vaccinated and from the same household, ensuring a safe, calm and happy environment. Tickets are sold at a two-to-one human-to-puppy ratio, giving everyone plenty of time to interact while keeping the pups comfortable. Paw Yoga only runs two hours a day, with just two classes back-to-back, and puppies are provided with water, food and a cosy resting spot if they need a break.
