Puppy Yoga 14th March Mother's Day Dachshunds

Join us on Saturday 14th March for a special Mother’s Day edition of Puppy Yoga, the perfect way to slow down and celebrate mums (or anyone who deserves a little extra care). Our studio will be decorated for the occasion, with themed dog toys and a Mother’s Day–inspired playlist to add a touch of fun to the session.

Each class features our adorable dachshund puppies and follows our much-loved format: 15 minutes meeting and greeting the pups, 30 minutes of gentle, beginner-friendly yoga, and 15 minutes devoted entirely to puppy cuddles. No previous yoga experience is required — this session is all about relaxation, mindful movement and enjoying some quality time with the pups. There will also be plenty of opportunities for photos, so you can remember the fun moments from your special morning. Spending time with puppies has been shown to lift mood, boost serotonin and reduce stress, making this session as beneficial for your mind as it is for your body.

All attending puppies are over eight weeks old, vaccinated, and carefully looked after, with water, food and a cosy resting area provided if they need to nap. Tickets are sold at a two-to-one human-to-puppy ratio, giving everyone plenty of time to interact while keeping the puppies comfortable. Paw Yoga only ever runs two hours a day, with two back-to-back sessions, so the pups are never at the venue for too long.
