Puppy Yoga 11th July Cockapoos

Make your Saturday morning a little more pawsome with Puppy Yoga in Manchester city centre on Saturday 11th July. This feel-good experience brings together gentle movement and adorable Cockapoo puppies for a truly uplifting way to begin your weekend.

The session begins with 15 minutes of relaxed puppy meet-and-greet time, giving you the chance to settle into the space and enjoy plenty of cuddles. Next, you’ll take part in 30 minutes of slow, guided yoga led by a fully qualified instructor. Movements are gentle and accessible, with an emphasis on stretching, breathing and mindfulness while the puppies explore and interact around the room. We finish with 15 minutes dedicated to puppy cuddle time, where you can unwind fully, take photos and enjoy some final snuggles before heading back into your day feeling refreshed and recharged.

Our Puppy Yoga classes are designed to help you slow down, stretch out and switch off from the busyness of everyday life. Whether you’re new to yoga or already have experience, this relaxed session is suitable for all abilities and focuses on comfort, calm, and enjoyment rather than intensity.

All Cockapoo puppies taking part are over 8 weeks old, vaccinated and come from the same loving, ethical home. Their welfare is always our priority and they are cared for throughout the session with fresh water, food, toys and cosy rest areas available whenever they need a break. We work exclusively with trusted, local breeders to ensure the highest standards of care.

To keep the experience safe and enjoyable for everyone, spaces are limited to maintain a two-to-one human-to-puppy ratio. Each guest must hold an individual ticket. The class takes place in Manchester city centre, with exact location details sent to ticket holders ahead of the event. Guests must be aged 16 or over and complete a short health and safety waiver prior to attending.
