Puppy Yoga 1st August Spaniels

Looking for a paws-itively unforgettable hour? Stretch, unwind and spend time surrounded by adorable Cocker Spaniel puppies at our Puppy Yoga session on 1st August 2026. This unique wellness experience combines gentle yoga with playful puppies, creating the perfect way to relax, switch off and enjoy something truly different in the city.

Each 60-minute class is designed to help you feel calm and comfortable from start to finish. You’ll begin with 15 minutes of meeting and bonding with the puppies before moving into 30 minutes of gentle, beginner-friendly yoga led by one of our qualified instructors. We finish with 15 minutes of relaxed puppy playtime, giving you the chance to cuddle, take photos and enjoy time with the pups at your own pace. No previous yoga experience is needed, as all sessions are fully beginner-friendly and movements are adapted throughout the class. All yoga mats are provided.

The wellbeing of our puppies is at the heart of every session. All puppies are vaccinated, over 8 weeks old, and cared for throughout the experience. We never mix litters from different households. Each puppy has access to fresh water, soft bedding and quiet resting areas whenever they need a break. To ensure high standards of care, we run a maximum of two sessions per day, with every class supported by staff trained in canine first aid.

All Puppy Yoga sessions take place in Manchester City Centre, with venues close to public transport links for easy access. As locations may vary between events, the exact address is only shared with confirmed ticket holders ahead of the session. Please note all participants must be aged 16 or over.
