Puppy Yoga 2nd August Spaniels

Looking for a paws-itively unforgettable hour? Stretch, unwind and spend time surrounded by adorable Show Cocker Spaniel puppies at our Puppy Yoga session on Sunday 2nd August in Manchester. This feel-good wellness experience blends gentle movement with playful puppies, offering a relaxing escape in the heart of the city and a truly unique way to switch off from everyday stress.

Each 60-minute session is thoughtfully structured to help you fully relax and enjoy the experience. You’ll start with 15 minutes of meeting and bonding with the puppies, followed by 30 minutes of gentle, beginner-friendly yoga led by one of our qualified instructors. We finish with 15 minutes of relaxed puppy playtime, giving you time to cuddle, take photos and enjoy the pups at your own pace. No previous yoga experience is required, and every session is designed with beginners in mind, with movements adapted throughout to suit all abilities. All yoga mats are provided.

The wellbeing and comfort of our puppies is always our priority. All puppies are vaccinated, over 8 weeks old, and carefully looked after throughout every session. We never mix litters from different households, helping to keep each group calm and settled. Each puppy has constant access to fresh water, soft bedding and quiet resting spaces whenever they need a break. To maintain high welfare standards, we run a maximum of two sessions per day, with every class supported by staff trained in canine first aid.

All Puppy Yoga sessions take place in Manchester City Centre, with venues located close to public transport links for easy access. As locations may vary between events, the exact address is only shared with confirmed ticket holders ahead of the session. Please note all participants must be aged 16 or over.
