Puppy Yoga 31st July Spaniels

It’s time to paws and unwind at our Show Cocker Spaniel Puppy Yoga session. Join us on Friday 31st July in Manchester for a gentle yoga experience alongside playful puppies.

This beginner-friendly session combines slow, mindful movement with time spent around our adorable Show Cocker Spaniel puppies. Being around puppies has been shown to help lift mood and reduce stress, and the session is designed as a relaxed space where guests can move at ease while the puppies explore and socialise.

The experience begins with a relaxed welcome and puppy meet-and-greet, giving guests time to settle in, say hello and enjoy some early interaction. You’ll then take part in 30 minutes of guided yoga led by a qualified instructor, focusing on gentle stretching, breathwork and relaxation rather than intensity. The puppies remain free to roam throughout the studio, encouraging natural socialisation and interaction as you move through the session. The session finishes with dedicated cuddle time, giving you the chance to fully unwind with the puppies, take photos and enjoy the benefits of animal connection.

All Show Cocker Spaniel puppies are eight weeks old, vaccinated, and come from a single litter. We never mix puppies from different households, and all litters are sourced from licensed breeders with welfare as our highest priority. Fresh water, toys and comfortable resting spaces are always available, and puppies can rest whenever they need.

To ensure a balanced and positive experience for both guests and puppies, we operate a controlled two-to-one guest-to-puppy ratio. Yoga mats are provided, and no previous yoga experience is required.

The session takes place in Manchester, with full venue details shared with ticket holders ahead of the event. Guests must be aged 16 or over and complete a health and safety waiver before attending.

Expect a relaxed session of movement, interaction and plenty of puppy time.
