Puppy Yoga 10th July Cockapoos

It’s time to paws and unwind at our Puppy Yoga session on Friday 10th July. Start your weekend with an evening of yoga alongside our adorable Cockapoo puppies, combining relaxation, mindful movement and plenty of playful interaction.

Each class begins with 15 minutes of meeting and greeting the puppies, giving everyone a chance to settle in, make some furry friends and enjoy plenty of playful puppy time. This is followed by 30 minutes of slow, gentle yoga led by a fully qualified instructor. The session focuses on mindful stretches, breathing, and relaxation rather than intensity, making it suitable for all levels - whether you're completely new to yoga or a regular practitioner.

The session ends with 15 minutes of cuddle time with the Cockapoos, giving you the opportunity to relax, take photos, and enjoy some quality puppy snuggles. Being around puppies has been shown to help reduce stress, lift your mood, and encourage mindfulness, making the experience both enjoyable and restorative.

All Cockapoos attending are vaccinated, over eight weeks old and from the same loving home. Their welfare is our top priority, and they are carefully looked after throughout the session. Water, food, toys and a comfortable dog bed are available if they need a break. To ensure everyone enjoys plenty of interaction while keeping the puppies happy and comfortable, tickets are sold to a two-to-one human-to-puppy ratio. Each guest must have an individual ticket to attend.

Classes take place in the heart of Manchester and ticket holders will receive the studio location details by email during the week of the event. Guests must be aged 16 or over and complete a health and safety waiver before attending. Yoga mats are provided.
