Puppy Pilates 12th July Cockapoos

Spend your Sunday afternoon at Puppy Pilates in Manchester city centre on Sunday 12th July. This unique experience combines a fun Pilates workout with plenty of time to meet, interact with and cuddle adorable Cockapoo puppies.

The session begins with 15 minutes of puppy meet-and-greet time, giving you the chance to get to know the puppies, take photos and enjoy plenty of cuddles before the class starts. You'll then take part in a 30-minute Pilates session led by a qualified instructor. The class focuses on controlled, low-impact movements designed to improve core strength, balance, posture and flexibility. Suitable for all fitness levels, the exercises can be adapted to suit beginners and those with previous Pilates experience. Throughout the session, the puppies will be free to explore the space, creating plenty of playful and memorable moments.

After the workout, you'll enjoy a dedicated 15-minute puppy cuddle session. This is your opportunity to relax, spend more time with the puppies and enjoy some final snuggles before heading home.

Our Puppy Pilates classes offer a fun and welcoming environment where you can enjoy the benefits of movement while spending time with some very special four-legged companions. Studies have shown that spending time around dogs can help boost serotonin and other feel-good hormones, helping to elevate mood and promote a sense of well-being. The experience is also beneficial for the puppies, providing valuable socialisation opportunities as they safely interact with new people, sights and surroundings during an important stage of their development.

All Cockapoo puppies attending are over eight weeks old, vaccinated and come from the same loving, ethical home. Their welfare is our top priority, with access to fresh water, food, toys and comfortable rest areas throughout the event. We work only with trusted local breeders who share our commitment to high standards of animal care.

Spaces are limited to maintain a two-to-one human-to-puppy ratio, ensuring an enjoyable experience for both guests and puppies. Every attendee must hold a valid ticket.
