Puppy Yoga 23rd April Maltipoos

Each class lasts one hour and is thoughtfully structured in three parts. We begin with around 15 minutes of puppy introductions and meet-and-greets, giving everyone the chance to settle in and spend some initial time with the pups. This is followed by 30 minutes of gentle yoga led by our fully qualified instructor. The practice focuses on slow, mindful movement, light stretching and relaxation rather than intensity, making it suitable for all abilities — whether you are new to yoga or a regular practitioner. The session finishes with 15 minutes dedicated entirely to puppy cuddles and photos, so you can fully enjoy the experience and capture some adorable moments. Spending time with puppies has been shown to increase serotonin levels, improve mood and help reduce stress, making this class as good for your well-being as it is enjoyable.

All Maltipoo puppies attending the class are over eight weeks old, vaccinated and come from the same household to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for them. Tickets are sold at a two-to-one human-to-puppy ratio, which means everyone gets plenty of time interacting with the puppies while keeping their welfare a priority. Paw Yoga limits sessions to just two hours per day, with two evening classes running back-to-back, so the puppies are only at the venue for a short period of time. Fresh water, food and a cosy rest area are always available should the puppies need a break or nap during the session.

Our classes take place in Manchester City Centre, where venues provide changing rooms and lockers for convenience. The exact location will be emailed to ticket holders during the week of the event. All participants must be aged 16 or over and will be asked to sign a health and safety waiver before attending. Yoga mats are provided and water fountains are available on site. Spaces are limited, so secure your place early and experience the magic of yoga alongside these adorable new four-legged friends.
