Puppy Yoga 25th April Maltipoos

Looking for a pawsome way to spend your Saturday? On 25th April 2026, join us in Manchester city centre for a Maltipoo Puppy Yoga session that’s guaranteed to lift your mood and leave you smiling long after it ends.

This class is especially exciting as we’re welcoming Maltipoos to our sessions for the first time. Known for their affectionate personalities and soft, teddy-bear looks, these puppies bring a gentle, playful energy that makes the whole session feel relaxed, cosy and easy to enjoy.

Each session runs for one hour and is thoughtfully structured to give you plenty of time with the puppies alongside a calm yoga flow. We begin with around 15 minutes of puppy introductions, giving you the chance to meet the Maltipoo puppies and settle into the space. This is followed by 30 minutes of slow, guided yoga led by a qualified instructor, focusing on gentle stretching, mindful movement and simple breathing. It’s suitable for all abilities, whether you’re completely new to yoga or already practise regularly. The final 15 minutes are all about unwinding, enjoying puppy cuddles and taking photos.

Spending time with puppies has been shown to boost serotonin, reduce stress and improve overall mood, which is why Puppy Yoga has become such a popular well being experience. All puppies attending are over eight weeks old, vaccinated and come from the same household, helping them feel comfortable and secure.

Tickets are sold on a two-to-one human-to-puppy ratio, ensuring plenty of interaction throughout while always prioritising the puppies’ welfare. We limit our classes to two sessions per day so the puppies are well rested and cared for.
