Join us on Sunday 20th September for a Puppy Yoga session in Manchester, designed to help you slow down and unwind over the weekend. This session combines gentle yoga with time spent around puppies, giving you the chance to downward dog with new four-legged friends while moving through a relaxed, accessible flow.

The session is suitable for all levels. Our fully qualified instructors can cater the yoga to all needs, guiding you through slow movement focused on stretching, breathing and relaxation rather than intensity.

You’ll start with a short introduction to the puppies, giving you time to meet them, take photos and settle into the space. This is followed by a 30-minute guided yoga class where the puppies are free to roam around the studio and interact throughout. The class remains relaxed and easy-going, with puppies moving naturally through the space as you practice. We finish with a dedicated cuddle session so you can fully relax and spend time with the dogs.

All puppies are over eight weeks old, vaccinated and come from the same household to ensure they feel safe and settled. The environment is carefully managed with breaks, fresh water and rest areas available throughout.

The event takes place at a Manchester city centre venue. The location is emailed the week of the event to ticket holders. Yoga mats are provided and all attendees must be aged 16 or over. 

Class Information

Each class is one hour long and consists of 15 minutes of puppy playtime, 30 minutes of guided exercise with the litter roaming freely and a final 15 minutes for cuddles.

Location

All classes will be held in Manchester City Centre, UK. As the venue may change from class to class, ticket-holders will be emailed the exact location via email before the day.

T&Cs

All ticket sales are final, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged to a different date. Guests must be aged 16+ to attend our classes. The type of breed is subject to change last minute if appropriate.
