Puppy Yoga 19th July Cockapoos

Paws and unwind with our Cockapoo Puppy Yoga sessions on Sunday 19th July 2026 in Manchester.

These afternoon classes are designed to help you slow down, switch off and enjoy a unique experience surrounded by playful Cockapoo puppies. Each 60-minute session begins with 15 minutes of puppy introductions, giving guests time to meet the Cockapoos, take photos and enjoy plenty of wagging tails and playful interaction before the yoga begins.

The yoga section lasts approximately 30 minutes and is led by a qualified instructor. The focus is on gentle movement, stretching and mindful breathing, making the class suitable for all abilities. Whether you are completely new to yoga or have an established practice, the session offers a relaxed and welcoming pace.

After yoga, guests enjoy 15 minutes of dedicated cuddle time with the puppies. This is a chance to fully unwind, enjoy the calming atmosphere and spend quality time with the Cockapoos before the session comes to an end.

Cockapoos are known for their affectionate personalities, playful energy and love of human company. Their sociable nature brings plenty of paws-itive moments throughout the class, creating a light-hearted and memorable experience.

All puppies attending are vaccinated, over eight weeks old and raised in a caring home environment. Their welfare is always prioritised, with water, food, toys and rest areas available throughout the session.

To ensure a positive experience for both guests and puppies, we operate a limited two-to-one human-to-puppy ratio, with each attendee requiring their own ticket.

Sessions take place at a central Manchester studio, with full details sent by email prior to the event. Guests must be aged 16 or over and complete a health and safety waiver before attending. Yoga mats are provided so you can simply arrive and enjoy.
