Puppy Yoga Class 13th November Cockapoos

Finish your week with Cockapoo Puppy Yoga in Manchester on Friday 13th November 2026. Our evening sessions combine a guided yoga class with dedicated time to meet, interact with and cuddle a litter of Cockapoo puppies.

Each 60-minute session begins with a 15-minute puppy meet and greet, where you'll meet the litter, spend time with the puppies and get to know their playful personalities.

Next, a qualified instructor leads 30 minutes of yoga, incorporating gentle stretches, accessible poses and mindful breathing. The class is suitable for all abilities, including beginners, so you can follow along at a pace that feels comfortable. The puppies are part of the experience throughout, with opportunities to interact with them as they explore the studio.

The final 15 minutes are dedicated to puppy cuddles, giving you extra time to spend with the Cockapoos before the session ends.

Cockapoos are a cross between a Cocker Spaniel and a Poodle. Known for their affectionate nature, playful personalities and sociable temperament, they make a popular breed for puppy yoga. Their curious nature and love of human company bring plenty of interaction to each class.

Puppy welfare is always our priority. All puppies attending are over eight weeks old, vaccinated and from the same household. We provide water, food, toys, bedding and a dedicated rest area so the puppies can relax and take breaks whenever needed. Our two-to-one human-to-puppy ratio helps ensure a positive experience for both guests and puppies.

Sessions take place in Manchester city centre, with the exact venue and arrival instructions emailed to the lead booker before the event. Guests must be aged 16 or over and complete a health and safety waiver before attending. Yoga mats are provided, so wear comfortable clothing suitable for movement.
