Puppy Yoga 11th November Cockapoos

Get ready for a seriously cute evening with our Cockapoo Puppy Yoga session on 11th November. Expect wagging tails, plenty of cuddles and a relaxed yoga class with some very cute company.

We’ll kick things off with 15 minutes of puppy time. The Cockapoos will be free to wander around, meet everyone, play with their toys and explore the room. It’s the perfect chance to get to know the puppies, enjoy some cuddles and capture a few memories before we get started with the yoga.

Then it’s time for 30 minutes of gentle yoga. Our instructor will guide you through a relaxed, beginner-friendly class with simple stretches, movements and poses. You don’t need to have done yoga before — the focus is on enjoying yourself, moving your body and spending time with the puppies. You may even find your biggest challenge is staying focused when a Cockapoo comes over looking for attention!

Once the yoga finishes, we’ll have another 15 minutes with the puppies. This is your chance to relax, enjoy more cuddles and spend some time with the Cockapoos before the session comes to an end.

The puppies joining us are over eight weeks old, vaccinated and from the same household. Their welfare comes first, so they have fresh water, toys, comfortable places to rest and breaks whenever they need them. We also have a canine first-aid trained member of staff present throughout the session.

As with any young puppy, accidents can happen while they’re still learning. If one of the puppies has an accident, don’t worry! Our cleaning team is on hand throughout the session to keep everything clean and comfortable.

Everything you need for the session is provided, including your yoga mat. Just wear something comfortable that you can move around in and come ready for an hour of yoga and puppy cuddles.
