Puppy Pilates 16th November Dachshunds

Join us on Sunday 16th November for Puppy Pilates with dachshund puppies. While our usual puppy yoga classes focus on gentle stretching and relaxation, Mat Pilates offers something different. It’s a strengthening and lengthening form of exercise that targets your core, arms and legs through controlled, repetitive movements and focused breathing. The class begins with 15 minutes getting to know the pups, followed by 30 minutes of guided Pilates and ends with 15 minutes of dachshund cuddles and time for photos. All attending puppies are over eight weeks old, vaccinated and from the same household. Spaces are limited, book now for our class where Pilates and playful pups meet on the mat.
