Stretch and tail-wag your way into the new year with Puppy Yoga! January is the time of year that we promise to do something differently in the year ahead. If your new year's resolution is to improve you mental health and well-being or simply do more exercise, then our Puppy Yoga classes are perfect addition to your routine to help you reach your goal. Both yoga and spending time with puppies has been proven to reduce stress and improve mental health and well-being. By spending time with the puppies our dopamine, oxytocin and serotonin levels can be increased. These “feel good” chemicals our brains release can improve our overall mood and happiness. Our classes are aimed at all abilities, so not to worry if you’ve never done yoga before! Our fully qualified yoga teachers will guide you through 30 minutes of gentle stretches and poses. Each class is one hour long and includes, 15 minutes meeting the puppies, 30 minutes of yoga and 15 minutes of cuddles. All attending dogs are vaccinated and are over 8 weeks old. Start the new year right and feel good at puppy yoga.
