Puppy Yoga 24th April Maltipoos

On Friday 24th April 2026, we’re hosting a special Maltipoo Puppy Yoga session in Manchester city centre. This is a particularly exciting class for us because it’s the first time we’ve welcomed Maltipoo puppies to our sessions. Known for their affectionate personalities and teddy-bear looks, Maltipoos bring a playful and relaxed energy that makes the experience both calming and memorable.

Each Puppy Yoga class lasts one hour and is carefully structured so everyone has plenty of time with the puppies while still enjoying a gentle yoga practice. We begin with around 15 minutes of puppy introductions, giving everyone the chance to meet the Maltipoo puppies and settle in. This is followed by 30 minutes of slow, accessible yoga led by a fully qualified instructor. The session focuses on mindful movement, light stretching and relaxation, making it suitable for all abilities whether you’re completely new to yoga or practise regularly. The final 15 minutes are dedicated to puppy cuddles and photos, so you can fully enjoy the experience and capture some adorable moments.

Spending time with puppies has been shown to increase serotonin levels, improve mood and help reduce stress, which is one of the reasons Puppy Yoga has become such a popular wellbeing experience. All Maltipoo puppies attending are over eight weeks old and vaccinated, and they come from the same household. Tickets are sold at a two-to-one human-to-puppy ratio, meaning everyone gets plenty of interaction time while keeping the puppies’ welfare a priority.

We limit puppy sessions to two hours per day, with two evening classes running back-to-back so the puppies are only at the venue for a short period. Fresh water, food and a cosy rest area are always available if the puppies need a break during the session.
