Are there any age restrictions?

You must be aged 16+ to attend our classes.

Where are classes held?

All classes will be held in the city centre of Manchester, UK. As the venue may change from class to class, ticket-holders will be emailed the exact location via email before the day.

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes we do sell Puppy Yoga Gift Cards. Simply purchase the gift card online and the voucher code will then be emailed to you. We recommend to redeem this within 12 months and once redeemed all bookings are final.

Can I come if I’ve never done yoga before?

Absolutely! We welcome yogis of all levels, whether you are a complete beginner or a seasoned pro. Our qualified yoga teachers will guide you through gentle stretches and poses for all abilities.

Do you mix dog breeds?

For the safety of the puppies, we do NOT mix litters from different households. All of the dogs that attend our classes have been vaccinated. However, vaccinations can take weeks to be fully effective. The vaccinations protect the pups against a number of fatal dog diseases which are spread from dog to dog. The dog's health and safety is our number one priority.

Where do the puppies come from?

Our puppies come from reputable, licensed breeders who meet the highest standards of care. We carry out strict checks to ensure they come from responsible, loving homes. Paw Yoga does not own or breed any dogs - we simply provide a safe and enjoyable space for them to socialise while you enjoy a relaxing yoga session.

Can I come if I am scared of dogs?

If you have a fear of dogs and want to book to try and overcome it, this may not be the right setting. Our puppies are so excited to meet you! They are not yet trained to sit, so they’ll be all over you - jumping up, giving face licks and sometimes having a cheeky nibble (they’re teething!). If you’re hoping to build confidence around dogs, we recommend starting with a calm, senior dog who can sit quietly for gentle strokes, before taking on a lively puppy class.

What qualifications do you have?

All of our teachers are fully qualified and have completed a Yoga Alliance-approved training program, bringing expertise to every session. Each class also includes a canine first aid trained staff member to ensure the well-being of our puppies, and we always have a general first aider on site for added peace of mind.

Can I adopt one of the puppies?

Paw Yoga does not buy, sell or re-home any of the puppies that are at our events. If you are interested, we can put you in touch with the owner.

Can I bring my own furry friend to puppy yoga?

Unfortunately not, we cannot mix the puppies with other animals at our classes.

Can I bring toys for the dogs?

Yes! While the puppies come with plenty of toys, they always enjoy new ones. If you’d like to bring a gift, we kindly ask that it be a brand new toy, still in its packaging, and untouched by other animals.

Do I need to bring a yoga mat?

No, we provide all the equipment needed to take part in the class, including yoga mats. We also have on-site changing rooms and lockers available for you to store any personal items during the session.

Is the company insured?

Yes, both Paw Yoga and our yoga teachers are fully insured, with comprehensive public liability insurance covering all of our events. The dogs participating in our sessions are covered by pet insurance provided by their owners prior to attending the class.
