Guests will first enjoy a 60-minute Spaniel Puppy Yoga session alongside our adorable Show Cocker Spaniel puppies, before moving upstairs to the rooftop auditorium for a separate 45-minute sound bath. Together, these two experiences are designed to help you slow down, switch off and leave feeling refreshed, relaxed and a little more pawsitive.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"isSelectedEnd\"\u003e\u003cspan\u003eYour Puppy Yoga session begins with 15 minutes of puppy introductions, giving you plenty of time to meet the puppies, enjoy lots of spaniel kisses and settle into the space. This is followed by 30 minutes of gentle, beginner-friendly yoga led by a qualified instructor, focusing on mindful movement, stretching and relaxation. The session finishes with 15 minutes of dedicated cuddle time, allowing you to fully soak up the puppy love before transitioning to the next part of your experience.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"isSelectedEnd\"\u003e\u003cspan\u003eGuests will then be taken to the rooftop auditorium for the 45-minute sound bath. Please note that the puppies do not attend this part of the session, as the instruments used can be loud and are not suitable for\u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan\u003e dogs’ sensitive hearing.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"isSelectedEnd\"\u003e\u003cspan\u003eUsing crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, gongs and other therapeutic instruments, the sound bath creates soothing vibrations designed to calm the nervous system and encourage deep relaxation. Sound baths can help to reduce stress and anxiety, improve focus and mental clarity, support emotional wellbeing and resilience, encourage mindfulness and self-awareness, and promote better rest and sleep.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"isSelectedEnd\"\u003e\u003cspan\u003eThe sound bath may not be suitable for everyone. Please seek medical advice before attending if you are in the first trimester of pregnancy, have epilepsy, a pacemaker, severe tinnitus, or recent injuries or surgery. Guests must be aged 16 or over to attend.
