You’ll start with 15 minutes of meeting and bonding with the puppies, followed by 30 minutes of gentle, beginner-friendly yoga led by one of our qualified instructors. We finish with 15 minutes of relaxed puppy playtime, giving you time to cuddle, take photos and enjoy the pups at your own pace. No previous yoga experience is required, and every session is designed with beginners in mind, with movements adapted throughout to suit all abilities. All yoga mats are provided.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe wellbeing and comfort of our puppies is always our priority. All puppies are vaccinated, over 8 weeks old, and carefully looked after throughout every session. We never mix litters from different households, helping to keep each group calm and settled. Each puppy has constant access to fresh water, soft bedding and quiet resting spaces whenever they need a break. To maintain high welfare standards, we run a maximum of two sessions per day, with every class supported by staff trained in canine first aid.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eAll Puppy Yoga sessions take place in Manchester City Centre, with venues located close to public transport links for easy access.
